On 29 November 2019, ROMA together with Mazars hosted a professional CPD seminar “HKFRS 16: Key changes & implication on other HKFRSs” at Regal Kowloon Hotel. Conducted by our Business Valuation Director Mr. Kenny Li, Mazars’ partner Leo Chuk and other Mazars’ representatives, the seminar mainly covered the key changes of HKFRS 16 and its interactions with other HKFRSs, as well as valuation elements of discount rate.
 
The seminar has attracted over 200 audiences from different industries and background. Being one of the speakers in this seminar, our Director Mr. Kenny Li shared his professional insights in relation to the measurement of lease liability and the important elements of discount rate.
