29th August, our Executive Director Mr. Chris Tan was invited to discuss the topic on Reviewing a Business Valuation, covering typical business valuation disclosures, key areas to look into for a valuation, questions to raise after a review, etc.

 

Our Director Mr. Edward Lau and Credit Management Consultant Mr. Andy Poon talked about Risk Management on 19 Sep, covering various topics, such as risk management & internal control in credit risk; credit scoring and portfolio analysis; elementary to credit scorecard development; rule-based credit control policy and collection procedures; implementing credit policy to daily business process, etc.

 

3rd October, our Director Mr. Edward Lau and ESG Consultant Mr. Kingsley Cheng

shared their cutting edge insights of hands-on experience from ESG reporting as practitioners and professionals. Topics included overview of current ESG reporting requirements under the Listing Rules; experience sharing on preparing an ESG report, including key challenges and practical issues; how to improve ESG reporting and disclosures, and so forth.
