 Assistant Analyst

Location :                      Hong Kong and travel is required
Engagement type :      Full time – Permanent

 

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

* To assist in valuation projects for M&A, IPO, financial reporting purposes

* Provide support on research, financial analysis, modeling and evaluation activities

* Conduct research and collect data for valuations on business, intangible assets, natural resources, and / or financial instruments

* Handle ad hoc projects as and when required

 

Qualifications & Skill: 

* Excellent academic achievements (Preferably with finance-major background)

* Strong conceptual, analytical, communication, interpersonal and presentation skills

* Fluency in spoken and written English, Mandarin, and Cantonese

* CFA candidates are preferred

* Self-motivated, well organized, hardworking, multi-task, and able to meet tight deadline under pressure

* Able to work under pressure and willing to work overtime to accomplish the job requirement

* High mobility to travel and work in the PRC / overseas for business trip

* Fresh graduates are welcome

 

 Accounts and Administrative Officer

Location :                      Hong Kong
Engagement type :      Full time – Permanent

 

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

* Able to handle full sets of account ( including preparation of journal entries, accounts receivable and payables, intercompany balances, month end closing )

* Handle loan applications and responsible for daily accounting work

* Prepare monthly accounting schedule and bank transactions

* Provide administrative support and secretarial support to the department

* Perform any ad hoc tasks when required

 

Qualifications & Skill: 

* Degree in Accounting or equivalent accounting faculty

* At least 2 years of relevant accounting experience

* Be responsible and have a positive working attitude and personality

* Detailed oriented, good in analytical ability and communication skills

* Familiar with PC applications in Word and Excel

* Immediate available is preferred
